The SESCO Factory Our production floor
contains modern equipment that includes
computerized wire cutters,
state-of-the-art ink jet printer, hot stamping, and a variety of
crimp tooling from major electrical interface manufacturers. Our
Quality Assurance Program (QAP) ensures tooling is calibrated and
that harnesses are built to customer and industry specifications.
Every harness and cable assembly we manufacture is 100% tested and individually
serialized so we can readily utilize our QAP data to take
appropriate corrective action. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
and Advanced Scheduling
software streamlines all our sales and manufacturing operations to
ensure efficient planning and control from sales order entry through
all stages of manufacturing.
Strategic Business Units
SESCO has three strategic business units providing wire
harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, and contract
manufacturing. Our strategic business units are further customized
to meet individual customer requirements. The strategic business
units provide our customers with competitive prices due to our
abundant labor supply and cellular manufacturing techniques.
